OMEGA provided construction engineering services for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for the construction of a new interchange on the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) at Eola Road. The total cost for this project was $25 million. The project was built on an accelerated schedule with construction starting in April 2009 and was completed by November 2009.

Project Scope

The project included construction of a full interchange west of Eola Road on the Reagan Memorial Tollway, three signalized intersections, construction of four Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement interchange ramps and appurtenant facilities, and unmanned, I-PASS only toll plazas on both the westbound off ramp and eastbound on ramp.
